Apply for virtual participation in COP 29
Employees at the University of Copenhagen can now apply for accreditation for virtual participation in COP 29. Application deadline is 25 October 2024.
The University of Copenhagen hereby announces the opportunity for participant registration to the 29th Conference of the Parties of the UNFCCC (COP 29) from 11-22 November 2024.

The University of Copenhagen has been granted ten accreditations for university employees for virtual participation in the conference. The application process is coordinated by Sustainability Science Centre (SSC).
All UCPH employees are encouraged to apply for accreditation. To express your interest, please submit your application to SSC by filling out the following form no later than 25 October 2024:
Please provide the following information in the form:
- Preferred salutation (Dr., Ms., Mr., etc.)
- Given name (as it appears in your passport)
- Family name (as it appears in your passport)
- Functional title (your role or title)
- Department (your department or division)
- Organization (your employing organization)
- Date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
- Identification document issued by / nationality
- Residence country
- Residence city
- UCPH e-mail address
Important imformation
Mandatory information regarding passport number will be requested via a secured UCPH e-mail when the application process expires and the candidates have been chosen.
Please note that if the number of applications exceeds the number of available accreditations, a selection process will take place by evaluating the applications to ensure the diversity of the delegation based on i.e. demographics and academic field.
